The Bernie Grant Arts Centre prides itself on being a friendly and supportive venue and a place of equality. We are an accessible venue for those in the community with access requirements and needs, we endeavour to make every visit to the centre enjoyable. If your visit is to attend a performance, attend a meeting, or for any other reason, please feel free to contact us to discuss your access needs.

WHAT TO TELL US
So that the venue staff can ensure you have an enjoyable experience, you can let us know when you book your tickets whether you have any specific requirements, such as the need for step free access or if you will be bringing an assistance dog. You can discuss your needs by phone in confidence. (adjust when Spektrix mechanism is installed?)
HOW TO BOOK
You can make a booking in any of the following ways:
You can call the Box Office on 0208 365 4550. The lines are open 9:30am-5:30pm Monday to Saturday, closed on Sunday. If a ticketed event is taking place, the Box Office will stay open until 30 minutes after the performance start time.
You can book in person at the venue box office. For information on how to get to the venue, please click here.
You can email the box office on firstname.lastname@example.org – this inbox will be monitored from 9:30am-5:30pm Monday to Saturday.
