Our Enterprise Studios are designed to support artists, entrepreneurs, and all creative organisations. Whether you’re rehearsing, developing new work, or building a creative business, our studios offer flexible, affordable spaces in the heart of Tottenham. With 20 workspaces ranging from solo units to spaces for up to eight people, our studios are vibrant hubs for the creative and cultural industries.
NEW: Hotdesking & Co-working Spaces
We are excited to introduce hotdesking and shared co-working options, giving freelancers, creatives, and small teams more flexible ways to engage with our community. Our co-working area offers:
- Day-pass and monthly options for hot-desk membership
- A communal, professionally managed workspace designed to encourage collaboration and creativity
- Access to high-speed Wi-Fi, communal kitchen, printing facilities, and breakout areas
- All-inclusive utility bills, and central reception
- Opportunities to plug into the wider Bernie Grant Centre ecosystem, including subsidised access to rehearsal and performance spaces
Whether you need a quiet desk for focused work, or a shared space to exchange ideas, our hotdesking facility is a flexible, affordable way to become part of our creative enterprise community.
