Passover: A Three Day Journey?

4 April

Join a lecture and Q&A about the Exodus and Feast of Passover

Passover was when the Biblical Hebrews were freed from slavery in Egypt. This event is still celebrated annually by some of the Hebrews who migrated to West Africa, specifically the Ga Dangme people of South Eastern Ghana, during their annual Homowo festival. What really was this biblical event about? Was it just about freeing slaves, or there is something more to it? Join Rabbi Akwetey Amaah, a GaDangme, as he examines this biblical and historical narrative, leaving you with a different Exodus story.

Signed books will be available to purchase (cash only) for a limited time at the end of the event. However, books can be pre-ordered and collected on the day for card purchases only. Click here to pre-order
