To celebrate Tottenham Civic Day, we will be opening our doors for an Open Day, and we are also thrilled to be officially welcoming to Tottenham the 'Battle Bus' - a life-size steel bus designed by artist Sokari Douglas Camp CBE as a memorial to Ken Saro-Wiwa.

As well as the launch event, which will start at 1pm, the day will feature:

• Spectacular performances by drumming and dance groups
• Barbecue food
• Live music
• DJs
  Film Screenings
  Backstage theatre tours  
  Information stands from local environmental groups
  
  Speakers on the day will include poet Zena Edwards and human rights campaigner Ben Amunwa.
