Bernie Grant Arts Centre is seeking to recruit a proactive individual to help shape and develop the visitor experience by ensuring that BGAC has the operational infrastructure functioning to the required standards.

The post holder will be a key member of the senior management team and will be responsible for ensuring that the buildings and grounds that form the Bernie Grant Arts Centre are welcoming, maintained and cared for.

The post holder will have a track record in facility and event management, a sound knowledge and understanding of health and safety, with a clear focus of driving change and excellent customer care delivery.

He or she will demonstrate the competence & acumen to be an integral part of the organisation's leadership & management team and have the desired initiative to motivate staff and to set and maintain high standards across all operational disciplines, with specific flair in attention to detail with an open collaborative management approach.
